Seat Structure Assembly Machine

  1. This machine is to assemble Seat Structure(Mechanism).
  2. All tests are done at each station automatically and test results are saved at PC together with Tool Data and POP System.
  3. Power Type and Manual Type is separate machine,
  4. Operator: 5 persons
  5. Cycle time: 60 seconds
  6. The delivery activities are more than 20 machines.
