Track Assembly Machine

  1. This machine is available to assemble Retainer automatically between Lower Rail and Upper Rail of Track.
  2. This machine is available to rivet Mounting Braket and to assemble Gear Box automatically according to customer requirement.
  3. The quality test result is saved at PC with product serial number, and managed traceability.
  4. Operator: 1~3 persons according to customer requirement
  5. Cycle time: 5~15 seconds according to customer requirement
  6. The delivery activities are more than 20 machines.
